And our philosophy is that everyone should go away with the feeling they got something out of the day, so that is why we try and focus on making the lower end of the prize pool interesting as well. Dutch Altered Championship II is a World Championship Qualifier!
We are very excited to share this big news with the world! DAC II being a WCQ event means we’ll have some very exclusive prizes, which you can read all about on our prize support page.
We would like to clarify that this change doesn’t influence our goals and core values for this event. We will still strive to achieve the same friendly and welcoming atmosphere as we had during our last event. We will again organise a raffle with fun exclusive and special prizes, where all participants will have an equal chance of winning something extra.
Our overall goal for the event remains the same: To organise a tournament which brings the Altered community together to play and share their love for the game, where all members of the Altered community are welcome to participate (no matter your skill level). And most importantly for everyone to enjoy their day and go home with some fun prizes. As you can see on the prize support page on our website, we focus on upping the bottom end of placements as well as the top as we value everyone’s time and effort equally.

Dutch Altered Community website open to visitors
After a few weeks of hard work, we are proud to present our new website to the public. A central hub where you can find all information regarding our tournaments. Though we have worked hard on our website, it could still happen that not everything is as it should be yet. If you find any issues, you would help us tremendously if you would mail anything that is not working as intended, and we’ll look into fixing it.
The sites intended purpose is for our players to find all the information they need, buy their tickets for our events and keep up to date with all our work on the next and future events.
Currently we are working hard to implement the final features of our site so we are ready to open up ticket sales. There soon will be more news for everyone.
